This is a gag made with top grade leather. It has a wiffle ball for a drool gag (golf ball size ) and a hard rubber ball (1 3/4 inch) attachment also. You can use whichever your mood dictates. The gag has a twin ring clasp so you adjust it as tight or loose as you like. The balls can easily be removed from the leather for easy cleaning.
